Last week we had 21 missed appointments that equated to 320 lost clinical minutes.

Practice Nurse - 8 Appointments - 125 minutes

Chronic Disease Nurse - 1 Appointments - 30 minutes

Health Care Assistant - 5 Appointments - 50 minutes

Health and Wellbeing Coach - 0 Appointments - 0 minutes

Mental Health - 1 Appointment - 30 minutes

If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
