Chronic Disease Nurse - 3 Appointments - 90 minutes
Health Care Assistant - 0 Appointments - 0 minutes
Health and Wellbeing Coach - 0 Appointments - 0 minutes
Mental Health - 2 Appointment - 60 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
