Last week we had 28 missed appointments that equated to 365 lost clinical minutes.

Practice Nurse - 11 Appointments - 130 minutes
Chronic Disease Nurse - 1 Appointments - 30 minutes
Health Care Assistant - 9 Appointments - 90 minutes
Health and Wellbeing Coach - 0 Appointments - 0 minutes
Mental Health - 1 Appointment - 30 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
