Last week we had 19 missed appointments that equated to 393 lost clinical minutes.

Practice Nurse - 5 Appointments - 75 minutes
Chronic Disease Nurse - 4 Appointments - 120 minutes
Health Care Assistant - 3 Appointments - 55 minutes
Health and Wellbeing Coach - 0 Appointments - 0 minutes
Mental Health - 3 Appointment - 90 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
