Weekly missed appointments update
Last week we had 14 missed appointments that equated to 325 lost clinical minutes.
Health Care Assistant - 1 Appointments - 10 minutes
Practice Nurse - 5 Appointments - 80 minutes
GP - 3 Appointments - 45 minutes
Chronic Disease Nurse - 1 Appointments - 15 minutes
Health and Wellbeing Coach - 1 Appointments - 45 minutes
Mental Health - 1 Appointments - 30 minutes
Counselling - 2 Appointments - 100 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
