Weekly missed appointments update
Last week we had 23 missed appointments that equated to 400 lost clinical minutes.
Health Care Assistant - 6 Appointments - 85 minutes
Practice Nurse - 7 Appointments - 105 minutes
GP - 9 Appointments - 180 minutes
Mental Health - 1 Appointments - 30 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
