Weekly missed appointments update
Last week we had 21 missed appointments that equated to 353 lost clinical minutes.
Health Care Assistant - 3 Appointments - 30 minutes
Practice Nurse - 6 Appointments - 100 minutes
GP - 10 Appointments - 133 minutes
Mental Health - 2 Appointments - 90 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
