Weekly missed appointments update
Last week we had 20 missed appointments that equated to 510 lost clinical minutes.
Health Care Assistant - 5 Appointments - 50 minutes
Practice Nurse - 4 Appointments - 70 minutes
GP - 2 Appointments - 30 minutes
Chronic Disease Nurse - 3 appointments - 90 minutes
Health and Wellbeing Coach - 2 appointments - 120 minutes
Mental Health - 4 Appointments - 150 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
