Weekly missed appointments update
Last week we had 32 missed appointments that equated to 670 lost clinical minutes.
GP - 7 Appointments - 135 minutes
Practice Nurse - 4 Appointments - 60 minutes
Chronic Disease Nurse - 4 Appointments - 120 minutes
Health Care Assistant - 11 Appointments - 145 minutes
Health and Wellbeing Coach - 1 Appointments - 30 minutes
Mental Health - 5 Appointment - 180 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
